Trails Entertainment Centers presents a Spooktacular Halloween Event. This year’s Kids Costume Contest is going to be fun for the entire family. Held at 4 different locations throughout Chicagoland, these contests are for kids between the ages of 1 and 11. Judging is based on originality and creativity.
