"Pokemon Party"

We are so impressed with the creativity of Moms and Dads and Kids everywhere, and grateful to them for sharing their talent with us. These ideas were sent to us, and we hope they help you in planning your Pokemon Party.

CRAFTS
- turn ping pong balls into Poke balls
- have each guest decorate their own goodie bag (using a lunch bag) in a Pokemon theme
- make personalized "tails" for Pin the Tail on Pikachu
- recreate your favourite characters using styrofoam balls, paint, fun foam, feathers, pipe cleaners, googly eyes

GAMES
- Who's My Pokemon - Each child has the name of a Pokemon taped to their back. Facing away from the group, they are allowed to ask five questions to try to guess which character they are.
- Pikachu Pinata - Cover a blown-up beach ball or balloon with paper mache and paint it yellow. Use fun foam to make ears, tail, hands and arms.
- Pin the Tail on Pikachu
- Pokemon Bingo
- Feed the Snorlax (bean bag toss)
- Hot Poketo
- Musical Chairs to Pokemon theme music

TREATS
- Make Your Own Pokemon Sundae - "balls" of vanilla ice-cream topped with strawberry, chocolate, whipped cream, coconut and nuts
- Frost cupcakes white and sprinkle half with red sugar crystals. Make a stripe down the middle with purchased black decorator icing (or a black licorice whip).

GOODIE BAGS
Well, there's probably no end to the Pokemon favours that you can find - trading cards, stickers, candy, figures, puzzles, colouring books.
